The key to having a healthy life style is by having a balance diet and exercising regularly. Being fat or obese is not a good sign for a healthy body. People that are obese usually have more problems with their health than those people that are lean and fit. Having too much body fat increases the risks of having chronic health that leads to; high blood pressure, heart disease, high blood cholesterol, diabetes, respiratory problems, menstrual irregularities, and cancers of breast, uterus, prostate, and colon. Having healthy weight minimizes health risks; exercising provides the body energy and helps burned the extra calories in the body. Some body fat is essential to the body, but having too much increases the risk for a number of chronic health problems.
